I started at Persado back when nobody had a budget line for AI, no use case for it, and no real reason to care. We had to find the demand ourselves and prove it was worth paying for — one conversation at a time. That's where I learned to sell something the market didn't yet know it wanted.

Over seven years, I worked with SoFi, Michaels, Bank of America, Robinhood, Southwest, American Airlines, and a long list of other top brands — selling, listening, refining. I sat next to the product team on every launch. The questions in both rooms were the same. Who's actually going to buy this? What convinces them? What's it cost? What does slide three need to say? You can't separate those questions from the product itself, and I never tried.

Came in as Fractional CRO to build the GTM motion from scratch. Worked alongside the founder to define the ICP through real sales conversations, craft the pitch, set pricing, and lead the early product development that turned demos into commitments.

In three months, obtained four commitments from enterprise hospital systems to become paid design partners — giving the founder the traction she needed to confidently lead her next raise.
